Delivery Timelines – Hyderabad & Surrounding Areas

We offer same-day delivery across Hyderabad and nearby locations. Delivery speed depends on the distance from our store:

  • Within 5 km: Orders are delivered within 20 to 30 minutes for ultra-fast service.

  • Between 5 km and 15 km: Delivery is completed within 1 to 2 hours.

  • Between 15 km and 25 km: Orders are typically delivered within 2 to 3 hours.

  • Between 25 km and 30 km: Delivery may take around 3 to 4 hours.

  • Beyond 30 km (within Hyderabad city limits): Delivery is usually completed on the same day or by the next day, depending on the exact location and courier availability.

Note: Delivery timelines are approximate and may vary slightly due to factors like traffic, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances.

We always aim to prioritize urgent orders, especially those involving essential pet care supplies such as food and medicines.

Express Delivery for Nearby Areas

  • For locations within 5 km of our stores, we offer instant delivery within 20–30 minutes.

  • This service is ideal for emergency purchases like pet food, medicine, or urgent supplies.

  • Express delivery availability depends on real-time order volume.

Order Cut-off Timings

  • Same-day delivery is available for orders placed before 6:00 PM.

  • Orders placed after the cut-off time will be delivered the next business day.

Shipping Charges

  • Free delivery for orders above ₹1999 within Hyderabad city limits.

  • A minimal delivery charge applies for:

    • Orders below the free delivery threshold.

    • Long-distance deliveries beyond 30 km.
