🔹 Zoletil™ 50

Each vial (675 mg freeze-dried powder) contains:

• Tiletamine (as HCl) – 125 mg

• Zolazepam (as HCl) – 125 mg

• Excipients – q.s.

Solvent:

• Sterile Water for Injection IP – 5 ml

After Reconstitution (per 1 ml):

• Tiletamine – 25 mg

• Zolazepam – 25 mg

🔹 Zoletil™ 100

Each vial (970 mg freeze-dried powder) contains:

• Tiletamine (as HCl) – 250 mg

• Zolazepam (as HCl) – 250 mg

• Excipients – q.s.

Solvent:

• Sterile Water for Injection IP – 5 ml

After Reconstitution (per 1 ml):

• Tiletamine – 50 mg

• Zolazepam – 50 mg

💉 Dosage & Directions for Use

🐕 Dogs

⚠️ Multiple administrations should be avoided.
If re-administration is necessary:

• Use ⅓ to ½ of the initial dose

• Total dose must not exceed 26.4 mg/kg

🧊 Storage

• Before reconstitution: Store in a cool, dry place, protected from light

• After reconstitution:

  • Store at 2–8°C

  • Use within 24 hours

💡 Clinical Suggestions

• Fast animals for 12 hours prior to anaesthesia

• Remove anti-parasite collars 24 hours before administration

• Anticholinergics (e.g. Atropine) may be administered 15 minutes prior

• IV use in cats may cause apneustic breathing (up to 15 minutes); provide respiratory support if prolonged

• Eyes remain open—protect cornea from dryness

• Recovery should occur in a quiet, stress-free environment

• Renal, hepatic, pancreatic insufficiency

• Head trauma or intracranial tumours

• Pregnancy and Caesarean section

• Concurrent use with phenothiazine tranquilizers
