Returns & Cancellations
Returns are accepted within 2 days of delivery for unused, unopened products in original packaging with proof of purchase.

• Non-returnable items: Opened pet food, perishable products, clearance items, or custom orders.

• Damaged or wrong item? Contact us within 24–48 hours for a free replacement or refund.

• Refunds: Processed in 2–3 business days after we receive the product.
