PETPRED® Prednisolone Tablets are veterinary corticosteroid tablets used in dogs and cats for effective management of inflammatory, allergic, and autoimmune conditions. Prednisolone offers strong anti-inflammatory action with low mineralocorticoid activity, making it safer for long-term veterinary use when prescribed correctly.

🧪 Composition

  • PETPRED® 10 mg Tablet: Prednisolone IP 10 mg

  • PETPRED® 20 mg Tablet: Prednisolone IP 20 mg

⚖️ Dosage (As Prescribed by Veterinarian)

  • Anti-inflammatory dose:
    0.2 – 0.6 mg/kg body weight (once or twice daily)

  • Immunosuppressive dose:
    2 – 6 mg/kg body weight (up to three times daily)

⚠️ Do not discontinue abruptly. Taper dosage gradually under veterinary supervision.
