Placing an order

You can order through our website, WhatsApp, phone call, or by visiting our store.

We sell a wide range of pet products including dog and cat food, bird and fish feed, treats, toys, grooming items, leashes, cages, bowls, supplements, and basic veterinary medicines. Whether you have a puppy, kitten, bird, or fish — we’ve got everything your pet needs under one roof.

Can I bring my pet into your store?

Yes, pets are welcome in our store! We love meeting them. Just make sure they’re on a leash or in a carrier for safety. Our team is pet-friendly and we sometimes host special events like vet checkups, grooming days, or adoption drives too.

What food should I feed my Pet?

Every pet is different, so the best food depends on your pet’s age, breed, health, and past diet. Our team can help you choose the right food based on your pet’s needs — like if they have allergies, sensitive stomach, or need a special diet.

Just tell us things like:

Your pet’s age and breed
Any health concerns or past food
Your budget or brand preference

We’ll guide you with the right food and feeding tips. For pets with medical issues, it’s always best to consult your vet before making changes to their diet

I can't find a product online – what should I do?

It may be out of stock. Message us — we’ll help or suggest the best alternative.

Shipping & delivery

Do you deliver all over Hyderabad?

Yes, we deliver to most areas in Hyderabad and Secunderabad including Kushaiguda, A.S. Rao Nagar, Neredmet, and nearby locations. Just share your location while ordering, and we’ll confirm.

How long does delivery take?

In Hyderabad, we usually deliver the same day or next day. For other cities, it takes 2 to 5 working days, depending on the location.

What are the delivery charges?

Delivery is free on orders above ₹1000 within Hyderabad. For smaller orders or outstation deliveries, a small shipping fee may apply based on location.

Can I cancel my order?

If you wish to cancel your order, contact our customer service department as soon as possible. Please give us a call for faster handling time.

In order to keep our fast delivery times, your order will be processed as soon as it has entered our system. Therefore, we can not guarantee that we can cancel your order.

Will I get a message when my order is out for delivery?

Yes, once your order is packed and ready to ship, you’ll receive an update via WhatsApp, call, or email. Our team stays in touch to make sure your order reaches you safely and on time.

Do you offer free delivery in Hyderabad?

Yes, we offer free home delivery in most parts of Hyderabad and Secunderabad for orders above ₹1000. Just place your order and relax — we’ll bring it to your doorstep

Can I schedule delivery for a specific time?

We try our best to deliver at your preferred time. Just mention your preferred slot while placing the order, and our team will coordinate with you.

Payment

Can I change my shipping address after placing the order?

Yes, you can change your address only if the order hasn’t been shipped yet. Just contact us quickly on WhatsApp or call, share your order ID and the new address — our team will update it for you.

I’m having trouble while paying online — what should I do?

If payment fails, try again after refreshing the page or switch to another UPI app. Still not working? Choose Cash on Delivery or message us — we’ll send you a secure payment link.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept UPI (PhonePe, Google Pay, Paytm), debit/credit cards, net banking, and Cash on Delivery (COD) for Hyderabad orders.

What happens if my order is delayed?

Sometimes delays happen due to traffic, weather, or courier issues. But don’t worry — our team will keep you updated through WhatsApp, call, or SMS, and we’ll make sure your order reaches you as soon as possible. If it’s taking too long, you can contact us anytime for a quick update.

Can I pay after I receive the order?

Yes, we offer Cash on Delivery in Hyderabad. A small handling fee may apply. For outstation orders, prepaid payment is required.

Will I get a bill or invoice for my order?

Yes, you’ll receive a proper invoice by email or WhatsApp once your order is confirmed and packed. You can also ask for a printed bill during delivery.

When will my order be sent?

Orders placed in Hyderabad are usually packed and sent the same day or next day, depending on the time you order. For outside Hyderabad, we ship your order within 24 hours using trusted courier partners.

Return & refunds

Can I return a product if I ordered the wrong one?

Yes, you can return unused and unopened products within 24 Hours. Just make sure the seal is intact and you have the bill.

What products are not returnable?

We don’t accept returns on opened food packs, medicines, frozen items, or discounted clearance items due to safety and hygiene reasons.

How do I get a refund after returning a product?

Once we receive and check the returned item, your refund is processed within 2 to 4 working days to your original payment method or UPI.
