At Sri Raghavendra Vet & Pet Mart, we value your trust and strive to ensure you and your pet are completely satisfied with every purchase.
Return Window
We accept returns or exchanges within 2 days from the date you receive your order.
Items returned after 3 days will not be eligible for a refund or exchange.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return:
The item must be unused, in its original condition, and with all packaging, tags, and seals intact.
The original invoice/receipt or a copy of the transaction must be included with the return.
Returns will not be accepted if:
The item has been used or damaged after delivery.
The product was opened and is a perishable or hygiene-sensitive item (e.g., pet food, treats, grooming products).
It was a customized order or final sale/clearance product.
Non-Returnable Items
Some products cannot be returned due to health and safety concerns:
Opened pet food, treats, or consumables.
Perishable items like wet food unless damaged or defective upon arrival.
Customized or special-order products.
Final sale or clearance items marked as non-returnable.
Incorrect or Damaged Items
If you receive a wrong item or damaged product, please notify us within 24-48 hours of delivery.
Provide clear photos of the product and packaging along with your order details.
Once verified, we will:
Arrange a pickup at no additional cost, or
Issue a return label and guide you through the return process.
Refunds
Refunds will be processed within 2-3 business days after we receive and inspect the returned product.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method (e.g., UPI, bank transfer, card, etc.).
Please note:
Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to an error on our part.
Your bank may take 3-5 additional business days to reflect the refund in your account.
Exchanges
Exchanges are accepted for size issues or incorrect products, subject to stock availability.
Exchange requests must also be made within 24 hours of delivery.
Shipping charges for exchanges may apply, depending on the situation.
Return Shipping Responsibility
If the return is due to our mistake (e.g., wrong or defective item), we will cover the return shipping costs.
If the return is for any other reason (e.g., change of mind, wrong size ordered by the customer), the customer will bear the return shipping charges.
Customers are responsible for any shipping charges on bounced or undeliverable packages.
