Return & Refund Policy

At Sri Raghavendra Vet & Pet Mart, we value your trust and strive to ensure you and your pet are completely satisfied with every purchase.

Return Window

  • We accept returns or exchanges within 2 days from the date you receive your order.

  • Items returned after 3 days will not be eligible for a refund or exchange.

Eligibility for Returns

  • To be eligible for a return:

    • The item must be unused, in its original condition, and with all packaging, tags, and seals intact.

    • The original invoice/receipt or a copy of the transaction must be included with the return.

    • Returns will not be accepted if:

      • The item has been used or damaged after delivery.

      • The product was opened and is a perishable or hygiene-sensitive item (e.g., pet food, treats, grooming products).

      • It was a customized order or final sale/clearance product.

Non-Returnable Items

Some products cannot be returned due to health and safety concerns:

  • Opened pet food, treats, or consumables.

  • Perishable items like wet food unless damaged or defective upon arrival.

  • Customized or special-order products.

  • Final sale or clearance items marked as non-returnable.

Incorrect or Damaged Items

  • If you receive a wrong item or damaged product, please notify us within 24-48 hours of delivery.

  • Provide clear photos of the product and packaging along with your order details.

  • Once verified, we will:

    • Arrange a pickup at no additional cost, or

    • Issue a return label and guide you through the return process.

Refunds

  • Refunds will be processed within 2-3 business days after we receive and inspect the returned product.

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method (e.g., UPI, bank transfer, card, etc.).

  • Please note:

    • Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to an error on our part.

    • Your bank may take 3-5 additional business days to reflect the refund in your account.

Exchanges

  • Exchanges are accepted for size issues or incorrect products, subject to stock availability.

  • Exchange requests must also be made within 24 hours of delivery.

  • Shipping charges for exchanges may apply, depending on the situation.

Return Shipping Responsibility

  • If the return is due to our mistake (e.g., wrong or defective item), we will cover the return shipping costs.

  • If the return is for any other reason (e.g., change of mind, wrong size ordered by the customer), the customer will bear the return shipping charges.

  • Customers are responsible for any shipping charges on bounced or undeliverable packages.
