Virus titre per dose:

• Canine Distemper Virus (CDV) – Lederle strain
  103 – 105 TCID₅₀

• Canine Adenovirus Type-2 (CAV-2) – Manhattan strain
  104 – 106 TCID₅₀

• Canine Parvovirus (CPV) – Cornell strain
  105 – 107 TCID₅₀

• Canine Parainfluenza Virus (CPIV) – Manhattan strain

🔹 Liquid Canigen-L Fraction (1 ml)

Contains per ml:

• Leptospira interrogans serovar canicola
  Minimum titre before inactivation: 833 × 10⁶ bacteria/ml

• Leptospira interrogans serovar icterohaemorrhagiae
  Minimum titre before inactivation: 833 × 10⁶ bacteria/ml

💉 Dosage & Directions for Use

• Reconstitute the freeze-dried DHPPi vial with the liquid Canigen-L fraction

• Administer one full dose per dog

• Route of administration:

  • Subcutaneous (SC) or

  • Intramuscular (IM)

📅 Vaccination Schedule

• Start from 8 weeks of age

• Follow booster schedule as per WSAVA vaccination guidelines
